Pamela S. Owen, CSR, RPR, Owner,
Upon receiving her license, Pam started her career as a freelance reporter in 1980 and has gained a reputation for providing superior realtime reporting services from the deposition to the courtroom. Pam’s freelance efforts have evolved from Boles-Owen Stenographer Service into BOSS Reporters, a team of highly skilled and experienced reporters.

Allyson Fridel
Graduated from the College of Court Reporting in 2007 and has demonstrated outstanding reporting skills since joining our firm in March. She is presently focusing on obtaining licensure and providing realtime services.

Beth A. Barnette, CSR
Graduated in 1986 as valedictorian from Ferris State College. Beth joined us in September of 2009 as a highly-experienced reporter having freelanced in both the state of Michigan and the South Bend, Indiana, area. Beth passed the Illinois CSR on her first try in 2009 so that she could help us with our growing caseload in our neighboring state which requires certification.

April Hargett, CSR
April joined BOSS Reporters in July of 2013 and is a 1999 graduate of the College of Court Reporting. Her experience includes being an official court reporter for the LaPorte County Superior Court, Room No. 2, for two years in Michigan City under the Honorable Steven King. She then became the court reporter for the Lake County Public Defender's Office and served for six years. She obtained Illinois certification in 2009 and has been freelancing in Illinois and Indiana since.

Ginger Hanenkratt, Operations Manager
Ginger was born, raised, and is currently living in Hobart, Indiana. She joined BOSS in April of 2010. Her past experience includes employment with The News/Hobart Gazette as a Business Manager; Porter Hospital as a Bed Assignment Controller from 1992 to 1999; and Administrative Assistant/Paralegal to Attorney James Greco from 2004 to 2010. Being the multi-tasker that she is, Ginger has also been with Scentsy since 2010 and is currently a Director. She has a passion for travel and has earned several all-expenses paid trips through Scentsy.

Sandra Divich, Administrative Production Assistant
Sandi was born in Gary, Indiana, and is a past resident of Sarasota, Florida. She joined BOSS in October of 2013 and has learned the ropes of court reporting production/services in record speed. Her past experience includes employment with The Zenith Insurance Company as a Bill Review Analyst for the period of September 2005 to October 2013; and as Medical Secretary for Sarasota Memorial Hospital and Mary Y. Klein, MD. from 1988- 2005. Sandi completed the Medical Secretary Certificate Program at Sawyer Business College in 1988. Sandi also works with greyhound rescue groups, fostering and adopting ex-racers, and is a supporter of animal shelters in general.
